Conference fee

The conference/registration fee provides full participation in the symposium, conference materials including the Red Book, lunches and morning/afternoon refreshments as well as participation in all of the social events.

The conference fee varies depending upon the date by which it is received:

		Early Fee (payment received before 10th February 2010)	1300 PLN
		Late Fee (payment received after 10th February 2010)	1500 PLN
		exchange rate as on March 1, 2010 is: 1 EUR = 3.94 PLN; 1 USD = 2.89 PLN

We accept payment made by a bank transfer or credit card. All payments must be in polish currency (PLN).

NOTE: Authors who wish their papers to be published in the ICCE-2010 materials (Red book or Annals) must be registered by March 10, 2010.

Cancellation and Refunds
ICCE-2010 participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to May 15, 2010. All refunds are subject to a 250 PLN administration fee.
No refunds will be accepted after May 15, 2010.
